I recently went to Merced Toyota looking for a pre-owned car and I was surprised at how quick and easy it was and I was also very pleased with the employees that I dealt with during the process of buying. I picked a vehicle I was interested in, we went on a test drive, the sales consultant Jose Aviles had answers for all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. He was wonderful to work with during the process. I was very pleased with Jose Aviles. After the process with Jose Aviles, I was sent to speak to finance manager Guillermo Zarate again another great experience with this employee. Guillermo Zarate was easy to work with when it came to the finance part, paperwork and explaining everything. Smooth, easy method/process when it came to signing papers, Again very pleased with my experience during the process of getting a pre-owned vehicle. The next couple of interactions I had was with assistant service manager Kevin Koker and he is great. He works in parts and service department, the mechanic side of company I guess but I've had interactions with him during the process while they made sure to guarantee the vehicle I choose was good to go service check crossing their t's and dotting their I's and again Kevin Koker is very communicative walking you through the service paperwork and process. His work ethic I am very satisfied with. Great guy. Very pleased with my interaction with Kevin. Other stuff members I didn't interact with still give a smile and seem positive. It was a smooth process everyone I dealt with did their job well/great and I am grateful for my personal experience with the stuff members of Merced Toyota. Jose, sales consultant, Guillermo, finance manager and Kevin assistance service manager and their customer service support and professionalism.👏🏻 easy, had the answers, smooth process and I was out of there in about just under 3 hours or so maybe even 2 hours and I drove off happy with my new pre-owned vehicle. Drove more than 5 hours from Orange County, and it was absolutely worth it. Tommy was fantastic to work with and made the entire purchase process quick and easy. We purchased our SUV in under an hour. We chose to make the drive because Tommy gave us a straightforward, upfront price over email with no games and no markups. He also held the car for us while we made the 5+ hour trip. Otherwise, we wouldn't have risked driving that far only to miss out. Vida was also very helpful, and I really appreciated her staying late to help us complete the purchase. Great customer service from start to finish!
