Very friendly staff; my oil change was done in a good amount of time!. $123.00 for an oil change. Sure do wish there were discount options or coupons.

I live two hours away from the dealership. I needed my RAV4 hybrid serviced. I have always received excellent customer service, but this visit was over the top when Isaias Ramos Helped me get in and out quickly and help me resolve my cabin air filter problem ( The air filter was covered with rodent feces). He also gave me suggestions on mouse proofing the intake on the air filter. I live in the mountains and a lot of people here have rodent problems getting into their cars and chewing their wiling in their vehicles. Thank you Isaias and Merced Toyota!!

Kevin and his team were great. I needed my brakes and tire sensors changed and they were able to locate parts and get the maintenance done in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend

. Kevin is one of the most honest service advisors I’ve ever dealt with — and he has consistently found real savings for me. He once caught a leak with only 100 miles left on my warranty and saved me. I bought an oil-change package and ended up saving significantly. Just today he saved me nearly $400 on new brakes by applying a special I didn’t even know existed. I trust Kevin completely. He does excellent work and has never failed to find meaningful savings. My previous dealership in Texas was the second-largest Toyota service center in the country. The service was efficient, the amenities were nice, and they moved cars in and out quickly. Still, I’d take Merced Toyota and Kevin’s team every time. Peace of mind matters more than the perks. Merced Toyota Service is outstanding. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I've had my automobile serviced at Merced Toyota Service department for over 8 years and I'm very happy with the customer service I've received. They take very good care of me from drop-off to pick-up. My last auto service was July 2026 and Kevin did a great job communicating, and making sure I was on the shuttle pickup list. The shuttle driver was also very nice dropping me off and picking me up at my home so I didn't have to wait at the dealership during the service. It was another great experience. Thanks!
