Mike has worked for our organization for sixteen years now and has over twenty four years of retail automotive experience. His goal is to provide the best automotive experience possible. If you are purchasing a new or previously owned vehicle, getting your car serviced, or making a purchase in our Parts department, his goal is to help make our customers be "Completely Satisfied".
Melinda has spent nineteen years at Merced Toyota. Starting as a part time File Clerk, eventually learning every position in the Business Office. She ultimately became our Business Manager and has been one of the leaders in our dealership ever since.
Tim has worked for our organization for over seven years and has thirty plus years of automotive experience. He has helped navigate Merced Toyota to the coveted Presidents Award multiple times now through hard work, determination, all Toyota Service Certification and Excellence and he's just a darn nice guy.
A Pillar of the Merced Toyota team for over sixteen years, Michael also brings thirty two years of Toyota retail experience to our team. Certified in every Parts category possible, Michael will provide your Toyota Parts needs with maximum efficiency.
Jorge, pronounced (George) has been with Merced Toyota for over four years now. In addition, he brings twenty seven years worth of retail automotive experience to our sales team. His experience is one of the driving forces behind the awesome Customer Satisfaction service that Merced Toyota is able to offer. More often than not, Jorge will be the guy that will end up making your experience here the best of your life time.
Ramsin has worked for organization for over five years now and has nine years worth of retail automotive experience. He understands the Toyota customer is someone that knows what they want and with his expertise he can help to provide our customers with that experience. Like our other Sales Manager Jorge, he has been instrumental in driving our dealership to the coveted Presidents Award.
Albert started working for our organization in 1997 and has worked his way up through the ranks. As a Finance Manager Albert has proven to be excellent in providing on the spot knowledge and expertise. He provides a seamless transition from Sales to getting the paper work done. Bill has spent over seventeen years in total working for our company. Most of that time has been spent as a Finance Manager.
